Check-in process disorganized!!! Screws and nails jutting out on the floor poles need addressing!!! Cluttered baggage management area should be streamlined!!! Valet men’s body odor is unacceptable for a luxury hotel!!!

Had a blast at Four Points! Our room had amazing pool views, and the kids loved the water slides. Check-in was smooth, and they surprised us with balloons for my daughter's birthday. Just wish the drinks at the pool were better, but overall, a great family stay!

It’s not perfect, but It’s memorable

My stay was exceptional with a stunning view of the Twin Towers from my spacious room. The breakfast selection offered delightful options, and the staff truly made me feel welcome. Special thanks to Danny for his excellent assistance during my stay. A minor hiccup with housekeeping, but overall, a memorable experience.
